Surfaceplanner is a service operated by Planner Tech LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under license number 2326804.01, with offices located in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE.

Use of Service

By booking a shoot or service on Surfaceplanner, the client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the property, to ensure access to the site, and to comply with our preparation guidelines. Misleading or incorrect information may result in rescheduling fees or cancellation.

Delivery Timeline

Photo content and floor plans are delivered within 24–48 business hours. Videos and 3D visualizations are delivered within 72 hours. Clients are entitled to one revision per project within 24 hours of receiving their files.

Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the delivered media for their business use. Surfaceplanner reserves the right to showcase selected content in its portfolio unless the client explicitly opts out in writing
